A £40 call-out charge applies to all bookings and includes the initial inspection and diagnosis of your appliance. In many cases, repairs can be completed during the same visit. If replacement parts are required, they will be ordered and a return appointment arranged. No additional call-out charge will be applied for the follow-up visit; you will only be charged for the cost of any parts and the service charge needed to complete the repair.
No, providing information when booking is not required. However, details such as the appliance type, brand, model number, and a description of the fault are always helpful. This information may allow us to bring commonly needed parts or tools, increasing the chance of completing the repair on the same day.
