At CoreAppliance, we value your privacy. We collect contact details and booking information to provide our repair services, manage your appointments, and send necessary confirmations. Your data is stored securely and only kept for as long as needed to fulfill our service and legal obligations. We only share information with essential third parties, such as payment providers, to process your transactions. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

2. Terms of Service

CoreAppliance provides domestic appliance repair services. By booking with us, you agree to our standard call-out fees and payment terms in GBP. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We provide warranties on our workmanship, though parts are subject to manufacturer guarantees. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We aim to be transparent and fair in all our dealings with our local customers.

Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

CoreAppliance provides domestic appliance repair services within the greater London area. We specialise in fixing washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridge-freezers, and tumble dryers. Our services are conducted at your premises by qualified technicians.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so or failure to provide access to the property at the agreed time will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Fees and Payments

We charge a standard call-out fee which covers the initial diagnostic visit. Repair costs, including labour and parts, will be quoted following diagnosis. All payments must be made in GBP (£) via card or bank transfer and cash upon completion of the work or as otherwise agreed.

4. Warranty and Guarantee

All repair work is covered by a 1-year warranty on parts if it is the same issue. If not, standard payments are to be made if you would like a repair. This guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, external factors, or different components failing after our visit.

5. Limits of Liability

While we take every care, CoreAppliance is not liable for secondary damage, such as food loss due to fridge failure or flooding damage beyond the immediate area of repair. We are only responsible for loss or damage that is a direct and foreseeable result of our negligence.
